What if you want to attend one of my workshops - it's as easy as 1,2,3  -

- your place is 1 Held, then 2 Reserved, then 3 Confirmed

If it's one of my own workshops (not StArt Studio administered) just e-mail or call me once you've decided to attend a workshop, or if you've any queries about the workshop or your suitability for it.   I will need to confirm contact details, including phone and either email or postal address.

1.   If there's a place available for you, I will confirm this availability, and your place will be Held for a week, pending receipt of your deposit.

2.   Pay the deposit for that workshop within a week and then I will confirm your place is Reserved

I will also send you details of accommodation choices and art materials etc needed for the workshop.

3.   The balance of the fee is payable by four weeks prior to the Start Date of your workshop. Once fully paid, your place is Confirmed.

To pay either your Deposit, Full Payment or Balance Due click on the PayPal button below and select from the 'drop down' menu - There are different deposit and balances depending on which workshop you're attending.  Check the specific webpage for your selected workshop before choosing from the dropdown menu.

The Delphi workshop requires 200 euro if you have a non-painting partner staying.

All other workshops paid to me are 100 euro deposit for each participant booking.

Deduct any deposit paid to calculate your balance owing.

What if you cannot attend the workshop after paying a Deposit or having Fully Paid?

It happens - an accident, sickness, or a relative being sick - and you cannot attend - in these instances, you will be offered either to carry forward your payment to a subsequent workshop, or you will be refunded fully if you notify me before four weeks of the start date.  Any cancellations within four weeks of the start date will only be fully refunded if I can fill your place with an alternative booking before the start date. If no such alternative booking occurs, you can carry forward your payments to a future workshop; otherwise I will deduct 100 euro as compensation for the lost booking and late cancellation, and I will return any balance to you.

IMPORTANT     It is up to YOU to ensure that Deposits, and Balance payments are made by the due dates for each workshop.

in the event that payments are not made on time for each worskhop, I may try to contact those who've not fully paid by the due date and who have left me phone and email contact details, but I retain the right to withdraw and re-allocate the HELD and RESERVED places  - in which case you will receive full repayment of any payments made.
